Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with specialty in Quality or Manufacturing
Skills:  Must be certified as Internal Auditor of Quality System Management ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and/or ISO 19011:2018  Significant Automotive quality and technical skills  Competent leader with solid communication skills  Ability to teach, guide and train others in QMS processes and techniques  Collaborative, seeking and giving support openly  Working knowledge and experienced with IATF 16949 quality standards and Core Tools  Must be able to communicate at all levels in English  Good computer skills  Interpersonal skills  Communication skills  Ability to handle multiple projects  5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership At IMS Gear, we believe in the importance of engaged employees and providing the right opportunities to grow professionally.
