If so we want to hear from you!!\The RoleThis is a newly created role due to growth in the business, reporting to the Sawmill Foreman. This role you be dealing with the overall operation of the Sawmill department, this is a hands-on role however being able to build good relationships is key!You'll also:
Help with repairing equipment and maintenance
Ensure that all measurements and quality meet clients requirements
Help ensure all targets are met on time
Following health and safety procedures
Making sure machines run efficiently
What you bring to the role:
Proven experience operating sawmill
Great communication and listening skills.
Have great attention to detail and good accuracy.
Troubleshooting and quick-thinking skills
Be proactive when things change.
Loader driving experience.
