Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer enters to when they leave
A strong background in sales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
Keeping the CRM System updated
Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
Sell and have a genuine passion for the Harley Davidson brand
Previous experience in the automotive or powersports industry (preferred but not required)
