We have grown to over 350 employees with thirteen offices in seven states.Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, procurement, and execution of a project by leading, directing, and coordinating the overall management of assigned projects throughout our footprint.Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Proven experience as construction project manager
- Managing day to day operations, contractors, and client needs
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to understand and accurately convey company policies and procedures to all levels of operation
- The ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
- There will be extensive travel with this role
- Must have previous management experience
- Knowledge of aerial telecommunications construction and utilities
- Knowledge of underground construction – trenching a boring
- Skilled in interpreting telecommunications construction drawings in hard copy and digital format
- Working knowledge of DOT restrictions and guidelines
- Ability to work safely and perform within OSHA standards
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Outlook.
- Must be highly responsible and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently within minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
