Quality Control Team LeaderSalary Range: £27,000 - £32,000VF Corporation is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Control Team Leader. This is our calling.Let’s Talk about the RoleAs our Quality Control Team Leader on site you will lead our quality control professionals who conduct internal quality controls of company products.How You Will Make a Difference
  • Assure correct and prompt QC inspections of incoming goods within SLA.
  • Relate main quality issues back to product development / local sourcing offices / SC operations.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement non-compliance / quality issue chargebacks in collaboration with accounting and local sourcing offices.
  • You will resolve issues which are often varied and nonroutine.
  • Use previous experience to identify most appropriate option or improve existing approaches.
  • Undertake analysis and investigation to solve problems.
  • Take action to monitor and manage costs related to your own work and that of the team.
  • People management responsibility for performance management, training, and resource planning.
  • Establish control-relate quality standards and procedures.
Skills for SuccessYou should be someone who can demonstrate previous experience within fashion/clothing/apparel quality control with:
  • Experience leading/managing/supervising a team.
  • Experience in building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills, and an understanding of how to communicate with different audiences.
  • The ability to be proactive and adapt priorities in a fast-moving environment/role.
