Communicate with other team members. Establish effective strategy and development pipeline. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games. Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs. Offer and implement solutions in a timely manner. Unity Developer requirements and qualifications 1to 2 years of experience as Unity or Unity3D Developer. 1 years of Experience in VR/AR. In-depth knowledge of Unity3D software. Strong C# object-oriented programming and scripting language skills. Experience with mobile and VR/AR/MR development preferable. Hands on Experience in profiling and optimizing game and render performance (GPU and CPU). Experience working on a physics-based game project. Understanding UX design process and experience working with UX design team. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards.
