Responsible for maintaining and updating HR data in systems as directed; generating reports and analysing HR data; assisting in HR projects to support company strategy; serving as point of contact for HR queries; support in developing training materials for HR systems; conducting user testing for new systems; ensuring HR data compliance with policies and legislation; managing reference checks and onboarding process for new hires; posting job advertisements and handling recruitment communications; coordinating probation process and maintaining employee records; approving HR invoices and collaborate with finance team. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field; master's degree or HR certification (preferred); minimum 3 years of HR experience; proficiency in Cornerstone and Tech 1; advanced skills in MS Office 365; strong understanding of HR policies and compliance; experience in fast-paced environments; knowledge of system integrations and data management; experience working with global organizations; fluent in English. €34,000 - €38,000 per annum (depending on experience), 37.5 hours per week.
