- Assist with business development activities.
- Work closely with senior management and clients to create customized procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Participate on the planning, preparation and recommendation processes for action plans and help clients to implement them.
- Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for projects.
- Understand and translate client needs to provide flawless services.
- Work with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
- Work with Corporate Communications to increase awareness of our services.
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, English is a must.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
- Knowledge of project management and sourcing/supply chain.
- Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments.
- Negotiation skills includes building eAuction strategies.
- Excellent communication – written and verbal.
