We have a 200 seater restaurant suited to all our museum guests. We serve burgers, soups, salads, sandwiches, cake and coffee. If you are looking for a daytime role this would be suited to you.About the Floor Manager role:To supervise, manage and motivate the teamTo make sure that the operation runs smoothlyTo ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standardTo continuously work towards improving sales and serviceSupporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoringEnsuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintainedThe ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.Additional InformationBenugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
