Establish, maintain, and enhance production and assembly processes, in accordance with the comprehensive quality policy and Corporate guidelines, aiming to make the organization's products and services profitable, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, Corporate, and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.

Develop reliable, safe, and efficient processes to meet quality and safety standards while optimizing plant resources.
Maintain production and assembly processes to ensure compliance with control parameters.
Ensure timely compliance with Advanced Product Quality Planning for effective process planning.
Establish and update production standards to align with staffing needs and production demands.
Keep quality and environmental system documentation up to date.
Train staff in efficient work methods and safety standards.
Implement investment projects to drive profitable growth in production processes.
Develop reliable suppliers to control costs effectively.
Fulfill defined roles and responsibilities.
Adhere to applicable Work Instructions and environmental procedures (ISO 14001).
Comply with Company Safety Regulations to prevent accidents and ensure safety (ISO 45001).

Professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial engineering or Production within the automotive sector
Previous experience in metalmecanic
Machinery and equipment knowledge
Drawing interpretation
Advanced English is a must
Deep knowledge in IATF certification, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Valid visa and passport
Availability to travel
