- Provide support to account directors and ensure compliance with agreed processes.
- Manage outstanding debts and premiums, meeting management audit requirements.
- Cultivate trust and rapport with customers, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, striving to exceed customer service standards.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions and tasks.
- Collaborate closely with designated account directors and team members to meet customer needs and achieve targets.
- Work collectively to maintain alignment with monthly and yearly objectives.
- Work with team managers and compliance teams to uphold file record standards.
- Minimum CIP Qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment.

- Prior experience with Open I.
