Job descriptionPospero Teaching is looking for an experienced, motivated and resilient Behavioural Mentors to support children with social and emotional mental health challenges.The school is for students in Keys Stages 2, 3 and 4 with an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) identifying SEMH. Successful candidates will be able to diffuse and manage challenging behaviours.The position is open to all experienced those you have a background in youth work, sports coaching, support work or have any other experience of mentoring children and young adults. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
