Job Description :The Organizational Development Manager (Individual Contributor) is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management principles. The Organizational Development Manager collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions that support organizational growth and development.Responsibilities:Conduct Process Assessments: assess existing processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas of inefficiencies● Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.● Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.● Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.● Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives.Conduct Workflow Improvements: work closely with department heads and teams to redesign and optimize workflows, introducing best practices and lean methodologies to streamline operations● Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.● Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.● Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventionsPropose Resource Allocations / Workforce Planning: Evaluate the allocation of current resources, including personnel, technology, and physical assets, to ensure they align with the organization's goals and priorities. Evaluate whether the organization has the right number of employees to meet its strategic goals and operational demands and propose the ideal headcount requirements based on studies conductedSupport Technology Integration Initiatives: that capitalize on opportunities for enhancing the ways of working of studied organizations that involve but are not limited to business solution software and automation tools able to streamline job tasks and reduce manual laborUtilize the Power of Data and Metrics in Organizational & Job Design: using data and key performance indicators (KPIs), to diagnose, monitor, and evaluate the impact of process, office, and job changes on organizational efficiency and effectiveness, making further recommendations as needed.Requirements● Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.● At least 4 years of progressively responsible work experience. Proven track record of leading formal Organization Development interventions at different levels of system, consulting with key stakeholders to assess needs and offer recommendations/solutions to their challenges, and facilitating team performance improvement and change initiative● Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.● Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions.● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.● Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of organizational issues and develop effective interventions.● Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to navigate and manage organizational change.● Proficient in using various organizational development tools and assessments.● High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.● Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines● Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications● Strong knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.● Ability to work independently and accurately in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment● Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.● Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
