Operations and Administration Support

• Supporting orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements
• Performing administrative functions and collaborating with external consultants and HQ
• Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes
• Liaise with courier companies, custom brokers, clients and other suppliers
• Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation according to company guidelines

• Good knowledge of ERP and information systems
• Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes
• Excellent verbal and written English abilities
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
