- Supporting orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements
- Performing administrative functions and collaborating with external consultants and HQ
- Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes
- Liaise with courier companies, custom brokers, clients and other suppliers
- Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation according to company guidelines
- Good knowledge of ERP and information systems
- Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes
- Excellent verbal and written English abilities
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
