Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for business development in the insurance industry?Our client, a Leinster-based general insurance and financial planning advisory firm serving commercial and personal clients is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding their market presence.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
CIP Qualified
Proven experience in insurance business development.
A background in Personal/Commercial lines insurance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
