- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the implementation and rollout of software solutions, including training and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with coding best practices and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience developing software in an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proficiency in version control, build, deployment, test management, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GIT, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio).
- Knowledge of Windows, Angular (HTML, CSS), C# (Standard .Net and .Net Core), ASP .Net, MVC, MVVM, and Azure (Cloud, ADO, SQL).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Windows Log (nLogger), Typescript, JavaScript, and self-signed certificates.
