- Collaborating with the shared services finance function, to ensure that accurate monthly management accounts are produced, and external reporting requirements are met
- Drafting monthly performance packs for all the programmes for review by Programme Exec and AGS senior executives
- Monthly forecasting activities including maintaining and updating existing client cost actuals and latest revenue forecasts
- Supporting the annual budgeting process
- A strong focus on providing support to the bid and business development team to produce value-based pricing to support growth and long-term profitability of the programme/region
- Working closely with the legal team to review contracts and understanding of Legal capabilities to support the Financial operation team
- Ensuring external and internal client reporting requirements are addressed and delivered in a timely manner
- Operating as the key point of contact for any ad-hoc financial programme queries

- Finalist/Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with experience in finance business partnership / commercial analyst roles
- Demonstrate experience in business performance reporting, including forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to initiate and lead in a variety of stakeholder presentations/meetings
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience, in dealing with competing deadlines
- Proactive and able to demonstrate confidence and strong communication skills, to independently deal with multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the CFM in all aspects of new business acquisition, legal contracts, financial control & reporting,
- Knowledge of the financial activities, policies and processes of a substantial company.
- Performance driven, accountable and demonstrates ability to maintain a strong bottom line focus during a period of growth and change.
- Comfortable with change and equipped with a positive mind-set required to maximise opportunities, work effectively under pressure and confront new challenges calmly, whilst operating in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hyperion/Smartview experience desired but not necessary.
