- Process employee paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding procedures.
- Manage benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and address employee concerns.
- Prepare and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.
- Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and diversity statistics.
- Assist in analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and MOM regulations in all HR practices and processes.
- Support HR investigations and documentation related to employee relations issues.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
