In this role, you will be managerially reporting to HR Director Türkiye and professionally O&I Area APAC-MEA Manager and O&I Procurement & HCo Manager. As a shared function, you will serve both to Ferrero Çikolata and Ferrero Hazelnut companies (HCo) and be responsible at Region/ HCo Türkiye level for the proper operation of the Region/ HCo Model and the development & implementation of organizational Group, Area and Region projects, including organization design, organization development, business improvement, change management and ensuring the deployment of the O&I methodology.

Support proactively Region management in identifying and addressing key organizational issues, in line with Group and Area organizational guidelines
Define together with the Region Management the organizational strategy for the assigned Region that best support the business strategy, aligned with the Group ones and ensure consistent organizational design
Responsible for business process reengineering
Maintain organizational design for existing structures
Elaborate internal / external benchmarks
Engage and approve organizational and management consulting
Deploy governance mechanisms at Region / HCo Türkiye level in order to maximize the effectiveness of the new governance
Define the organizational evolution plans
Prepare and release Organizational Announcements (Group, Function, Area, Region)
Define new role profiles and skills needed to support change
Support the process / function leader to lead by example
Manage the implementation of organizational projects
Manage project portfolio at Region / HCo Türkiye Level providing updates and proposals for the Region Manager to manage issues and prioritization
Support Reward System in the grading process

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably +10 years of experience
Organizational improvement / development experience is a plus
Proficient change management abilities and strong collaboration to guide transitions effectively
Keen eye for details
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, supported by presentation and negotiation competencies
Excellent command of English and Turkish both written and spoken
