- Sales volume, market share and profitability whilst securing the investments;
- Implementation of Promo Digital Plan for Customers incl. MCM, OCM campaigns, On-line webinars, on-line tests, interactive presentations, and others;
- Coordination and control of all digital materials’ availability in line with brand cycle and customer needs
- Regular integration with Field Force on proper usage of materials for remoted and hybrid calls,
- Development of recommendations for CVP (brand marketing) on course correction re. digital materials (CLM, Approved emails, response rate, reading up to the end, SF and Customer qualitative feedbacks)
- Development of tailor-made offers for Customers in line with their typologies
- Leading the digital activities for Customers’ professional social networks, interaction with the service vendors
- University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Economics, Management, Marketing is a plus);
- 3+ years experience in sales, trade marketing and/or digital functions in a top pharmaceutical company (previous experience in digital is an advantage);
- Strong understanding of Russian pharmaceutical customers with focus on Pharmacists and HCPs;
- Knowledge of industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, advertising codes, regulatory directives and guidelines, including legal regulations and AIPM;
- Successful experience of introduction and implementation of new omni-channel / digital practices in a pharmaceutical company;
- Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills

- Advanced user of MS Office programs
