His expertise includes but is not limited to process validation (closure & cold chain), primary and secondary packaging technologies, closure integrity analytical testing, cold chain, compatibility between product and primary packaging and product know-How. MSAT Packaging expert leads closure and cold chain (re)validation, packaging material changes, packaging & cold chain investigations, impact assessment on packaging material changes.Key responsibilities:Lead closure and shipping (re)validation. Ensure a proper communication between all concern departments. Supervise all validation activities with production, warehouse an supply chain team. Ensure validation documentation is clear, scientifically based and in compliance with European GMP, ISO13485 expectations, 21CFR820.This includes also when necessary execution of validation tasks.Ensure closure and shipping process are maintained in a validate state of controlLead technical investigations and support experiments for demonstration of potential root causes.Lead closure and shipping process change/improvement projectsLead product impact assessments when new material introduction or process changes occurredProvide exhaustive planning and accurate budget evaluation for projects.Provide support to other MSAT projects.Ensure SOPs and documentation pertaining to packaging, shipping & closure validation is up to date and maintainedKeep up to date knowledge in packaging technologies and Science related to product.Key requirements:Master degree in a scientific fieldIdeally some years of experience in packaging within the pharmaceutical domain and/or experience in process validation in the pharmaceutical or food industryFluent in French and business fluent in EnglishFlexible, curious and motivated personEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
