- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Utilize email and other communication channels to follow up with leads and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and meet their needs.
- Leverage your knowledge of web development, IT, social media marketing, graphic design, and ERP systems to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients in these industries.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting quotas.
- Continuously improve appointment-setting techniques through training and feedback.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Knowledge of web development, IT systems, social media marketing strategies, graphic design principles, and ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, web development, IT, or graphic design is a plus.
