- Identify prospects and work with sales team to develop sales strategies to secure new business
- Develop GTM Program to generate pipeline
- Maintain a close working relationship with leaders to drive activity and results
- Collaborate with internal resources to prioritize and penetrate key accounts
- Track all sales activity on the CRM system
- Develop market strategies and goals for each product and service; understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of accounts
- Knowledge of assigned territory, connect with CIO/CISO to create and grow opportunities
- Work with relevant stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Marketing and Sales Head) to take the right value proposition to Channel CEO and associated sales and technical teams
- Developing healthy relationship with our ecosystem of alliances or technology partner (AWS/ Microsoft/ Vmware/ Google etc.)
- Comply to security frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR and Security Platforms like SIEM and SOAR can be added advantage
- Document and regularly maintain all relevant information in Salesforce before end of each quarter
- Communicate relevant information to stakeholders to facilitate decision making
- Deep understanding of the region’s business for Cybersecurity, applications migration landscape and key players in the market
- Experience of speaking at customer roundtables about Cloud migrations and Cybersecurity
- Experience in building and executing Business Development campaigns at a Regional/Country level with a strong pipeline creation track record
- Experience of working from customer needs and creating campaigns that address these needs
- Experience of building harmony at a country management level across multiple functions
- Experience in deal shaping around cloud journeys of legacy workloads
- Experience of shaping customer conversations/campaigns around main product/ topic
- Experience of building business cases and understanding of buying criteria in the enterprise cloud space
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant business development experience in Information/Cyber Security Services/Solutions
- Strong business acumen in identifies opportunities.
- Successful track record
- University degree would be highly regarded.
- Account Management certification such as SPIN or TAS would be highly regarded
- Sales Based Certifications
