If you want to successfully drive the energy transition to 100% renewables and create a premium brand, we look forward to receiving your application as Process Engineer & Tool Owner.The Role:Provide supervision of equipment performance, processes and projects in module production.Seek and perform continuous improvement on a daily basis in connection with processes and plant technology. Development of technical measures for the entire production plant to increase overall equipment effectiveness.Your contribution to our vision (responsibilities):
  • Continuous and independent search for realization of process improvements.
  • Preparation, organization, execution, evaluation and documentation of experiments.
  • Collaboration on technical changes to equipment components and assemblies for integration into the production line.
  • Ensuring the availability of the installed system technology.
  • Support maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairs as well as documenting and organizing the transfer of knowledge.
  • Preparation of SOP and work instructions.
  • Evaluate and solve equipment errors and incidents in a timely manner utilizing RCCA.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of machines and ramp up its specified processes.
  • Qualitative and quantitative assessment and documentation of KPIs of production equipment support in the acceptance process of supplier equipment.
  • Collaboration in development, application and optimization of maintenance strategies and maintenance instructions.
  • Collaboration in establishing dedicated maintenance plans for the entire production line.
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager or shift engineer.
You bring:
  • 5 years of experience after successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, physics or related disciplines.
  • 3 years of experience in a high paced 24/7 production environment, preferable production field solar panel, semiconductor and/or automotive.
  • Specialist knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering and process technology.
  • Specialist in analytics within and applying of Lean Six Sigma Methods in order to achieve KPI and internal CIP Project goals.
  • Specialist knowledge in at least one of the following areas below:
  • Design and corresponding software knowledge (3D CAD)
  • Electrical engineering and corresponding software knowledge (EPLAN)
A Plus:
  • Lead Auditor Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar
  • Biliingual / Spanish
