The RoleWorking closely with the Learning and Development Lead, the Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator is responsible for the governance of SOP's, maintaining Training Matrices and comprehensive training records as well as assisting the L & D Team with Site Inductions.Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 12:30 (22.5 hours per week)AutoReqId3359BRCompanySofina FoodsHours of WorkPart time (less then 25 hrs)Key AccountabilitiesTraining Materials (SOPs)Work closely with technical, engineering, operations, and H&S to ensure that SOPs are up to date and fit for purpose, escalating any challenges to the L&D Lead/ HR managerProduce new SOPs in the Sofina standard format, working closely with the Subject Matter Experts to understand the contentPlanning & Record KeepingWork with Area Managers, Process Leaders, and other departmental managers to develop a training plan for the areas you are supporting, flagging where training is going out of dateWorking closely with the H&S and technical teams, understand and explain training requirements to managers and employees, such as the importance of CCPs and record keepingEnsure that the training matrix for any areas you are supporting or covering is up to dateMaintain accurate and audit ready training records, ensuring e-files are up to dateSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within a training co-ordination and delivery within an FMCG environment advantageousAttention to detail in record keepingDemonstrable training ability on an individual and group level * Demonstrable commitment to personal Continued Professional Development and a willingness to learnComputer literateLevel 3 Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP advantageousDesirableThe ability to converse in more than 1 languageCompany InformationSofina Foods is more than just a food company.
