Job Description:Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors. The position of Tools Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support under the leadership of the Tools Tech Manager.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our sales team and clients, providing information about our products, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Possess a passion for interpersonal communication and effective technological aptitude
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate tools and equipment for their needs
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets
  • Maintain updated knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building
  • Assist in the development of customer service processes and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tools or related industry
  • Additional education or training in customer service or the jewelry industry
