- Work closely with our sales team and clients, providing information about our products, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
- Possess a passion for interpersonal communication and effective technological aptitude
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate tools and equipment for their needs
- Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and effective manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building
- Assist in the development of customer service processes and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tools or related industry
- Additional education or training in customer service or the jewelry industry
