Managing the commercial input of proposals, bids and tenders. Ensure full compliance with all company internal processes, procedures, and legislation. Ensure accurate and complete compliance of commercial packages for enquiries, invitations to tender and contract extensions. Providing analysis of the market and competitors positions to maximise the benefit to the area of responsibilities.Key Activities and Accountabilities1. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform Expro's BER approache.2. Develop a comprehensive framework for bid evaluation encompassing technical, financial and strategic considerations.3. Review, manage and propose amendments to existing contract rates, pricing structures and commercial terms.4. Prepare business cases and analysis yo support investment opportunities.5. Preparation and submission of Bid Evaluation reports for Group approval.6. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various risk factors on bid outcomes.7. Research and report upon the fiscal probity of clients new to Expro.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize value propositions and differentiate Expro's offerings in competitive bids.9. Review, manager and provide decision support to management by presenting comprehensive bid evaluation reports, highlighting key findings, risks and opportunities.10. Collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, assets and legal team to ensure alignment of bid strategies with organizational goals.11. build and maintain a portal site for corporate market intelligence reports (Spears, Douglas Westwood, Barclays, RigZone etc) and coordinate with regions to use site as the repository for regional market intelligence data and reports.12. Coordinate the compilation of market surveys, pre-qualification, vendor questionnaires, expressions of interest, proposals and other client requested material.13. Liaise with internal and external bodies as and when required to gather competitive data and information required to assist with producing required input into tender, bid processes etc and enable questions and queries to be responded to in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns.Job Knowledge and Qualifications1. Degree in business, marketing or finance with a focus on the oil and gas industry preferred.2. Minimum 4 years' experience in a related role.3. Knowledge of Contract and Contract Law.4. Advance MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Why Expro?People are the most important.
