Job Description:

Tank 3d/2d modelling, Bom preparation.
Knowledge of 3d software like Autodesk inventor, solid works, and 2d drawings preparation
Knowledge of international and is standard for clearance.
Expert to make Mechanical Design of Distribution ,Power Transformer, special transformer & Generator Transformer.
Preparation of internal and external Layout of transformers.
Preparation of Customer drawings like General Arrangement, List of fittings, Bushing Drawings, Transport details, Foundation details, Valve Schedule Plate, Terminal connectors etc..
Preparation of Manufacturing drawings for Core frame Assembly, Tank fabrication, internal connection assembly.
Preparation of Bill of Material for Mechanical component & module in SAP.
Attending in house contract review meetings, design review meetings for project planning and execution.
Interaction with suppliers and fabricator to resolve various issues regarding manufacturing process, and drawings related issues.
To find the areas of improvement and standardization to make design optimised and to reduce the cycle time as well as reduce the errors.
Checking of manufacturing drawings and training to fresher.

Qualifications
