This specific opportunity is seeking a designer to contribute on their trendy hospitality projects that include designing members clubs as well as boutique hotels and restaurants. This is a highly flexible permanent opportunity with 3 days WFH. If you are a strong all-rounder with excellent client liaison skills, this is an exclusive chance to be part of an established practice that works on high grade hospitality projects.Job Description for this Middleweight Interior Designer Role
  • Assist senior designer and team throughout projects, from concept to completion
  • Create design presentations and work in a creative fast paced environment
  • Coordinate interior design projects from start to finish with various teams.
  • Handle interior and spatial design tasks, including renovations and furnishings.
  • Liaise with design teams on space planning, layout, and color coordination.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and technical teams for project success.
  • Prepare FF&E, finishes, soft furnishings, styling, and lighting proposals.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Strong communicator within the team, collaborative mindset.
  • Develop comprehensive design packages and documentation
  • Create spatial planning, joinery, and furniture concept drawings.
  • Craft mood and material boards for client presentations.
  • Participate in onsite coordination and involvement.
  • Document all client meetings, feedback, and approvals.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and installations.
Skills Necessary for this Middleweight Interior Designer Role
  • Ability to visualize and articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Effective presentation abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5 Years Designing luxury hospitality projects
  • Confident in delivering projects through concept to completion.
  • Excellent Sketch up & visualisation skills to create room plans, section & elevations.
  • Extensive experience in FFE design & procurement
  • Ability to work individually & as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and stay updated on industry trends
  • A degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
