Real Estate Research Analyst - Strategic Consulting

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to generate valuable insights.
• Build and maintain diverse datasets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Perform regular data audits to maintain the highest level of data quality.
• Analyse proprietary and third-party real estate market data and intelligence.
• Translate analysis and market knowledge into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to understand and address their research needs.
• Develop and assist with the creation of reports, whitepapers, dashboards and presentations.
• Contribute to RFP submissions and technical bid packages.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare written market materials as required.
• Present work product internally and externally when needed.
• Contribute to analytical and thought leadership commentary for various publications.
• Interact with other business departments and provide research support inquiries.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant research insights.
• Monitor and stay informed about research capabilities of local market competition.

• Bachelors degree in real estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in a real estate or market research role.
• In-depth understanding of the local UAE real estate market (knowledge of the wider MENA region is highly advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate experience with Tableau and data visualisation (preferred).
• Intermediate programming skills with languages such as SQL, R, Python (would be a bonus).
