- Collect and review all necessary documents and paperwork related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all required disclosures and contingencies are met and properly documented.
- Track important deadlines, such as inspection periods, loan approvals, and closing dates.
- Support the escrow process and ensure proper handling and disbursement of funds, including commissions.
- Maintain detailed transaction files and records for future reference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven 2+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
