  • Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent data entry practices.
  • Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues and conduct training sessions for new users, helping them understand salesforce features and best practices.
  • Write user stories aimed to configure standard salesforce objects (e.g., accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases etc.) for all salesforce cloud sollutions based on business requirements and assist in building reports and dashboards for data analysis.
  • Work with senior team members to automate routine processes using workflows, process builder, and flows as well as identify opportunities for process optimization and propose solutions.
  • Document system changes, processes, and procedures and communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare input for decision-making by providing accurate data and insights.
  • Participate in testing new features, enhancements, both during and outside UAT and report and track issues, ensuring timely resolution together with the implementation partners and the technical support teams.
  • Stay informed about salesforce updates, attending webinars, reading documentation, and exploring trailhead modules.
  • Propose ideas to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Your profile
  • Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Business Process Engineering, Digital Business, Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science & IT.
  • Be able to handle or master digital tools such as the Microsoft 360 suite, Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus. Show enthusiasm for digital transformation and innovation.
  • Embrace collaboration and teamwork, you'll work closely with senior team members and contribute to projects.
  • Good communication skills: you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, so effective communication is essential.
  • Internships, coursework, or projects related to Salesforce or digital innovation are a plus.
