- Guide customers seamlessly from the design phase to production, securing new business for power, thermal, and battery solutions.
- Collaborate with our internal team to provide supplementary qualification support for all relevant products.
- Assist the local sales force in crafting and pursuing strategies for power, thermal, battery, and application engineering offerings.
- Keep clients and colleagues abreast of the latest products and technological advancements.
- Champion Sager Custom Solutions and its suppliers by securing power supply and battery design wins.
- Foster relationships with local rep groups, manufacturers, and regional sales teams to amplify our market presence.
- Track market trends and customer interactions meticulously through our opportunity tracking system.
- Participate in technical training sessions hosted by our suppliers and service centers.
- Contribute to the formulation of sales growth plans for assigned customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Hands-on experience in design engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of two years' successful track record in promoting and selling power, thermal, and/or battery products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong presentation skills coupled with a knack for listening and providing tailored solutions.
