Job DescriptionMain Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Re-establish and develop the marketing department.
- Hire and empower the marketing team.
- Develop robust connections with our local and international suppliers.
- Tailor marketing material for the HoReCa equipment to appeal to local consumers.
- Initiate marketing messages to the local market, taking into consideration its particularity.
- Acquiring product knowledge and application in the target sectors and providing the sales team with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Study the local market, and gather the correct data based on which marketing messages are created for the target sectors.
- To be updated on new product releases and to conceive marketing campaigns to launch new products.
- To be able to establish and create brands of newly packaged products.
- Collaborating with the Sales Department to devise efficient pricing and distribution strategies.
- Assist in developing strategies to promote and position our product effectively.
- To present and launch new products and technologies.
- Utilize market intelligence to select new trending products locally and internationally.
- Establish steadfast branding guidelines in all our outlets, create design concepts that align with our company brand identity, and ensure they are consistently upheld in the long run.
- Create a yearly financial plan for marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
- Oversee and enhance the functionality of various digital marketing platforms.
- Evaluate marketing activities by using ROI, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Create an annual calendar of campaigns and events.
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position in the related field and industry.
- Content management and creation.
