The responsibilities of Assistant Manager/Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) include, but are not limited to:The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall HR and administrative functions and processes.Responsible for developing and integrating human resource programs to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives of the company.Developing a Strategic HR plan to meet future needs concerning hiring and succession planning.Handling the recruitment & hiring process for local and expatriate staff.Ensuring smooth onboarding process for local and Expatriates, facilitating onboarding training, setting induction meetings, implementing them, and providing all the necessary support for their relevant queries.Preparing JDs for recruits and formulations of SOPs, Policies, and HR Strategies that drive the OD process.Reviewing/revising company policies, benefits, pay packages, and disciplinary issues.Collaborating with cross-functional groups in assessing, planning, developing, and delivering training programs that align with company strategies.Fostering a positive and safe work environment across the company & nurturing service-focused relationships with all the staff.Ensuring yearly/Probationary performance evaluation of all employees.Implementing tasks related to attendance, leave records, and absenteeism.Handling employee terminations, grievances, equity, and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair, and respectful manner.To maintain and monitor QMS and EMS sustainably as GSEL adopted ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and ISO 9001:14001 EMS certification.Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions of the Management.Maintaining and supervising logistics support, transportation, and handling overall operational safety, compliance, and security issues.Skills & Expertiseconfident and dynamic personality Energetic and self-motivated Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English) Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 Safety compliance Solid team player Training and Development Workforce Development and Succession PlanningWorkplaceWork at officeEmployment StatusFull TimeGenderOnly MaleJob LocationDhaka (Dhamrai)Company InformationAZIM GROUPAddress:Scout Bhaban, 3rd Floor, 70/1, Inner Circular Road, Kakrail, P.O.
