Our partner is strategically focused on digital transformation to leverage digital services, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation across its global network, aiming to enhance humanitarian services and adapt to evolving digital landscapes.Main responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for actionable business insights while ensuring compliance with visualization best practices.
Manage Power BI operations and optimization, including administration, monitoring, and problem resolution within ITIL framework.
Install and maintain Power BI environments across systems, ensuring data security and privacy compliance.
Provide technical expertise for reporting and ERP integration projects, collaborating with support teams and contributing to system improvements.
Support end users, update operational documentation, and liaise with service providers and external teams.
Contribute to ERP projects, working with project teams to implement Power BI platforms and optimize data structures.Required skills:Minimum 3 years in Data Analyst/Reporting/BI roles, with ITIL certification or proven enterprise ITIL usage.
Hands-on experience with leading Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, along with proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Azure technologies, including Data Lake and Synapse.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and adaptability skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, along with fluency in English.
