- Ensure futureproof state-of-the-art Solution strategy, align Solution strategy with Service Owner and Solutions Architect.
- Ensure Solution (cluster) Operation. Prioritization and coordination of tasks. Change management in RUN (no implementation).
- Solution (cluster) security, concepts, fixing of security findings. Approval and overview of FW rules.
- Financials-enable HW/SW maintenance and support contracts.
- Act as expert to support Solutions Architects, IT Service Manager, PM, Finance/Legal/Compliance/Governance, Customers (SmaaS-Service).
- TCP/IP networks
