- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and increases brand awareness at each stage of the marketing funnel
- Plan, manage and deliver a variety of content to ensure that our target audience receives entertaining, engaging and inspiring content that promotes the Sampl brand
- Collaborate with campaign and sales teams to develop and execute B2B demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensure lead quality, and drive revenue growth
- Map out and evolve our messaging to enhance the value of what we offer
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product positioning strategies
- Own and track the visitor journey, work on website conversion and understand where there are opportunities and blockers for growth
- Set up Marketing Automation from scratch and define the strategy to our lead generation
- Proven experience with B2B growth or demand generation, ideally in the SaaS space, owning lead management processes and marketing automation flows
- Proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness at an early stage start-up
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging
- Demand Creation & Lead Generation experience, with strong focus on operational execution and new process implementation
- Technical knowledge of implementation and tracking with technologies such as Hubspot, Google Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Google Tag Manager), LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar and Zapier)
- Demonstrated track record of owning and running programs within multiple areas including paid acquisition, landing pages, email and content
- Strong data analytics skills with experience generating hypotheses and running experiments across new and existing marketing channels
- Comprehensive understanding of funnel performance and optimisation in a SAAS mindset
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
