- Building up effective sales channels and connections with new entities, including CEPP companies, clubs, associations and agents to achieve customer acquisition target;
- By proactively consolidating market information / competitors’ moves, and identifying issues of marketing campaigns and product launches to recommend to management / internal departments for decision making and further improvement on competitiveness
- Engage regional teams of sales staff to explore and solicit potential customers to ensure achievement of quality customer acquisition target
- Manage budget to organize localized sales events and achieving effectiveness target
- Cooperate with CVM proposition team and leverage on marketing campaigns and OMA resources to ensure achievement of target
- Closely track sales results of related channel events
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant banking experience in channel development and customer acquisition direction
- Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
