DescriptionBright Plus International Talents is looking for a coordinator for a client located in Brussel. This person will provide administrative sales and logistics support. The aim is to provide essential support to the sales team.The mainly tasks are:
  • Administrative assistance as well as sales and logistic support for the sales team.
  • Management of customer, supplier and carrier telephone calls
  • Checking, recording, managing and tracking orders, as well as managing supplies and shipments
  • Control of transport, customs as well as insurance documents
  • Management of contact and item databases
  • Customer billing and verification and recording of purchase and transport invoices
  • Filing and recording as well as standard secretarial tasks
Profile
  • Looking for a job in an Operations department, both administrative and commercial
  • Good professional multilingualism (bilingual communication in French and German) and a good level of English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Someone who is eager to learn, to understand and to evolve
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills are an advantage
  • Flexible and versatile, as well as well-organized and structured
  • Sense of responsibility, team spirit, open-mind and communication skills
