Supply Planner

• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to develop accurate demand forecasts for products or materials.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Production Planning: Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to create production plans that align with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage the procurement process to ensure a consistent and timely supply of materials.
• Lead Time Analysis: Analyze lead times for materials and finished products to identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategies for improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess supply chain risks, such as supply disruptions, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools and software to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure alignment and transparency in the supply chain process.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred for more senior roles).
• Proven experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
