At Reach, not only will you feel better understood, you will also feel you understand other people better too.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for building a winning team of four Sales Development Representatives, using reporting, data, market insight to support your team to develop quality sales appointments. Other responsibilities include:
  • To measure and drive the achievement of daily KPI performance of the team.
  • Coach, inspire and motivate the team to ensure they meet individual and team targets, and developing a culture of trust, where people are safe to speak up, clear on their role in the team's success and empowered to be their best at work.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and having in-the-moment performance discussions and delivering formal 121's and coaching.
  • To attend the required Leadership meetings to fully understand the direction of travel and business strategies.
  • Rewarding and recognising great performance, celebrating people's achievements and successes.
  • Ensuring the continued development of team members, supporting them to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales and business development is essential.
  • You will have a track record of people management and coaching to ensure continued development of team members.
  • It is essential that you possess demonstrable leadership qualities, you will be capable of motivating and managing a team, developing a culture of trust.
  • Ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities and report performance accurately.
  • You'll be a commercial thinker with the energy to effect change and influence outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital, national and regional media.
