- To measure and drive the achievement of daily KPI performance of the team.
- Coach, inspire and motivate the team to ensure they meet individual and team targets, and developing a culture of trust, where people are safe to speak up, clear on their role in the team's success and empowered to be their best at work.
- Fostering a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and having in-the-moment performance discussions and delivering formal 121's and coaching.
- To attend the required Leadership meetings to fully understand the direction of travel and business strategies.
- Rewarding and recognising great performance, celebrating people's achievements and successes.
- Ensuring the continued development of team members, supporting them to reach their full potential.
- Prior experience in sales and business development is essential.
- You will have a track record of people management and coaching to ensure continued development of team members.
- It is essential that you possess demonstrable leadership qualities, you will be capable of motivating and managing a team, developing a culture of trust.
- Ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities and report performance accurately.
- You'll be a commercial thinker with the energy to effect change and influence outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of digital, national and regional media.
