We are GiG Media, one of the fastest-growing iGaming affiliate companies in Europe. GiG Media focuses on online promotion of iGaming (casino and sports betting) in the form of affiliate marketing, both paid and SEO.We're currently growing our team and looking for a Site Manager to focus on our German assets. As a Site Manager, you will contribute to GIG Media’s mission of growing and developing its online gambling affiliate business by overseeing and managing the content and SEO strategy for our DACH affiliate websites, as allocated by GIG Media. Site Managers will be tasked with the implementation of strategies in collaboration with the SEO-Content team, with a view to realizing the strategic objectives of the Publishing department, i.e., defending, growing, and diversifying the business, as they relate to content, SEO, design, processes, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include day to day website management and reporting, creating SEO friendly content in German language, as well as continuous optimization of existing content. The site manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Global Casino Content.Responsibilities:

Work to define and implement on-page and off-page content and SEO strategies for each website under their supervision.
Create top-notch German language content, including Metadata and reviews.
Day to day website management, including uploading content and content editing.
Keep an updated record of performing pages for each website and communicate these to the relevant teams, including the Outreach team.
Ensure that all content follows guidelines and is aligned with standards and guidelines provided by the Head of Publishing and the Head of SEO.
Lead communication with our freelance writers and provide them with detailed templates and guidelines for all website content.
Attend monthly DACH meetings and assist in creating the presentation.
Actively participate in available training and development opportunities.

Technical Responsibilities:

Regularly check our portfolio of websites to discover issues or areas for improvement in terms of content and SEO.
Use the SEO and Content tools provided to conduct website audits.
Monitor competitor websites to discover and fill content gaps, as well as gaps in relation to partners and technology.
Oversee the launch of new projects, websites and/or website languages with the aim of contributing to the diversification of our business.
Provide reports on content performance.

RequirementsA Site Manager will have to meet the following requirements:

Analytical skills and a very strong attention to detail
Demonstrated passion for content creation in German language
A great understanding of stylistics of the German language
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar)
Positive attitude and a growth mindset with desire for innovation
Good Presentation and communication skills
An understanding of the iGaming market in Germany
Experience of working within the online gaming industry is considered an advantage

Skills and Competences:

Highest attention to detail
Native level knowledge of written and spoken German
Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, GoogleSearchConsole)
Ability to work independently with little daily supervision
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple websites.
