- Recommend, develop and execute strategies to position the brand for growth
- Design and supervise brand and media content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes
- Monitor performance of the brand through KPI's
- Achieve profit targets, timelines and budgets
- Oversee product launches, field days, campaigns and promotional events
- Assist with design of retail packaging and creation of in-store marketing displays
- Work with advertising agencies and media outlets to manage the brand's campaigns
- Cultivate, maintain and grow the brand's affiliations and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Exec Leadership Team, Marketing, Product Development and Sales, to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors for critical input on improving product design and implementation
- Manage Marketing Executives working for the brand
- Previous experience in brand management or related field, with a focus on media relations and event coordination ideal
- Strong understanding of news and current events media landscape across radio, television, print, podcasts and online platforms
- Results-oriented with track record of driving successful brand initiatives and campaigns
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including media professionals and industry partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to brand promotion and cross-advertising initiatives
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation, with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Strong understanding of rural Australia and the needs of our customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field highly regarded
