- Answering phones and email queries on properties
- Liaising with property executives for allocation & scheduling of viewings, meetings, inspections
- Assist in coordinating facilities management reactive works
- Processing Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) Registrations
- Support with collection of rent, financial reporting and updating tenant schedules
- Provide administrative support to Property Team including data entry, file management and scheduling appointments and services
- Assist in marketing properties through relationship building with estate agencies and potential tenants
- Assist with maintaining the commercial rates register and processing of insurance and service charge information
- Provide cover for the Property Executive during periods of leave
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong customer service and numerical skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills
- Ability to multi-task, deal with varied workloads and to be able to prioritise
- Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Property and/or facilities management experience is desirable, but not essential
