Do you want to be part of an exciting new area of growth for us where you'll have a real impact on the business and full autonomy around your work and how it's managed?If yes - you'll want to read on…Our Luton Casino are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Betting Shop Manager to help us develop and deliver an entirely new way of offering sports viewing and betting on sport in the UK.As our Assistant Betting Shop Manager, you will:
  • Manage the overall operations of the betting shop.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with placing bets, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assisting to train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including responsible gambling practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.

QualificationsOutside of having previous managerial experience within the retail betting industry, knowledge of betting shop operations, including betting systems and regulations, you'll have a passion for all things sports and betting.As you'll be leading a team; you'll need strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop, paired with extremely high attention to detail and ability to demonstrate best in class customer service.Apply now or reach out to to find out more…Additional Information
