• Collaborating innovatively throughout the entire design process, spanning from initial concept creation to meticulous development and approval of supplier shop drawings.
• Crafting and delivering comprehensive conceptual design presentations to support the senior design team and creative director.
• Generating and refining design concepts, mood boards, preliminary sketches, and final presentations utilizing a diverse array of digital and traditional tools, with a particular focus on Adobe InDesign.
• Producing precise technical drawings and completing tender packages using AutoCAD.
• Creating intricate design solutions, including material and finish selection, to meet project requirements.
• Overseeing the comprehensive management of FF&E selection, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Cultivating and expanding client and supplier partnerships, leveraging existing relationships for mutual growth.
• Collaborating effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure seam seamless project execution.
