- Prepare and analysis of monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
- Provide the senior leadership team with financial tracking & margin analysis and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business operations and support cost control initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensuring timely preparation, review, and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and schedules for the overseas corporate head office.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliation, investigate and resolve any issues arise.
- Proven experience as Management accountant or similar role, ideally in manufacturing, import and distribution or similar industryworking in a large, complex commercial organization as part of large global group / listed corporation is preferred.
- CPA, CA or similar professional qualifications
- The ability to work under pressure with little supervision to meet deadlines, set priorities, and meet the requirements of a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and process improvement.
