- Utilizing knowledge of HVAC systems to provide solution-based offerings to customers by advising and guiding on the appropriate HVAC solutions to meet customer needs.
- Working with from direct report to present technical information and solutions proposal persuasively and effectively to potential customers.
- Focus on educating customers on energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives. Work closely with client to help them to achieve their ESG target and update to customers any government incentives / policies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers (various departments) to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare competitive proposals and quotations to secure orders.
- After orders, continue to provide customer support, address issues, and upsell or cross-sell other products or services.
- Keeping track of customer interactions and maintaining proper records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ease pipeline management and follow up quotation to turn into orders.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and achievements.
- Cultivate strong and enduring long term relationships with our clients helping on their HVAC plant life cycle by emphasizing and maintaining trust and respect.
- Proactively identify and pursue revenue opportunities within our existing client base, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue and margin targets. (E)
- Develop and implement a proactive approach to service delivery, anticipating client needs and surpassing expectations.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to facilitate productive collaboration with colleagues.

We are looking for people who are sales driven and has proven sales track record in solution selling within the HVAC industry.
- More than five years of working experiences in project or sales with HVAC Chiller, AHU and/or HVAC related industrial products, services, or solutions.
- Min of three years of chilled water system with air side system and understand the application and functionality of each component.
- Proven order and sales achievement from previous years of experiences.
- Team oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong self-initiative and motivated driven with minimum supervision but in a structured environment.
- Fast learner to get well-versed in the features, benefits, and applications of the Carrier products or services.
- Able to establish strong relationships with client by being approachable, responsive, and providing valuable insights to their problems/ initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. To submit proposal & quotation as per agreed timeline.
- To achieve Purchase Orders, Sales and Profit Margin quarterly and yearly target based on set target.
- All quotation should be registered into CRM (Salesforce) and updated on monthly basis.
- Maintain Company standards by ensuring personal adherence to Company policies and practices.
- Take appropriate care to always represent Carrier in a professional manner (in appearance, speech, dress, integrity etc.).
