HR GeneralistWhat you'll do:
  • Coordinate the Recruitment & Selection direct and indirect personnel.
  • Ensure the pre-payroll process on time.
  • Manage to Local ang global Systems, personnel administration management.
  • Counsels and provide assistance to employees and management issues guided by company´s employee labor relations,
  • Eensure the compliance of policies, CoC and labor-law legislation.
  • Training and development activities and follow up the training matrix and local legislations about it and ensure the complete global program training.
  • Management to transportation and canteen services
  • Coordinate everyone employee engagement activities
  • Comply the HR and Procurement policies.
What is required:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or similar
  • Knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in labor relations
  • Knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in training process, pre-payroll.
